Neuri LLC (5818 W Raymond St, Phoenix, AZ 85043, USA; hola@neuri.tech) is responsible for the personal data collected at neuri.marketing (the free tools, the waitlist and the service for businesses).
Required purposes: giving you access to the service, preparing your calendar and captions, publishing what you approve to your accounts, sending you your posts report and replying to you. Secondary purpose: emailing you when we open spots or the service has news; you can opt out with the "Unsubscribe" link in every email or at hola@neuri.tech, without affecting the rest. We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Only the providers that run the service on our behalf: Neon (database), Resend (email), Meta (Graph API, to publish to your page and Instagram when you approve it and read its comments and messages), Anthropic Claude (the AI model that suggests captions, when it's on; it receives the caption and your brand details, not your customers' data, and under its API terms doesn't train on them), Google Gemini (generates images and videos for your posts, when it's on; it receives the description and your brand details), Stripe (processes payments, when it's on; it receives your email and payment details, we never see your card) and Railway (hosting and video storage). All are in the US. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.gstatic.com), which receives your IP address to serve the font.
The waitlist, until you ask to leave or after 24 months of inactivity. A business client's data, while it uses the service and up to 12 months after; unused photos are deleted automatically. Reviews that a business's customers leave through its QR (text and first name, no email or phone) are deleted after 60 days if the business doesn't use them. If a customer signs up for a business's update list (WhatsApp or email and first name, with explicit permission), only that business sees it, Neuri never messages them, they can unsubscribe on the same page and it's deleted after 12 months. Comments and messages, up to 12 months after they arrive. AI-made reel videos (when it's on), 60 days after they're published and 14 days if rejected or replaced. If you remove the Meta connection, the token is deleted right away.
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw consent by emailing hola@neuri.tech from the address you gave us. We reply within 20 business days. To delete the Facebook or Instagram connection go to Delete my data.
Public pages use no tracking or advertising cookies. Only the Neuri team uses a temporary cookie (10 minutes) when connecting a Meta page, so the connection can't be forged. We don't use localStorage or other browser storage.
The service is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
If this notice changes we publish it here with the new date and, for important changes, email business clients.
